MysteryChat is a place for creative fun with fiction. Respect other users and remember that AI characters are not real people.

1. Allowed Content

Create original, fictional characters and stories. You may use various genres and adult themes as long as the content complies with the law and these guidelines.

2. Strictly Prohibited

• any sexual content involving minors or persons appearing to be minors;
• using the image, name, data, or identity of a real person without authorization, including deepfakes and impersonation;
• threats, harassment, blackmail, revealing private data, incitement to violence, and fraud;
• content promoting illegal activities, malware, spam, or circumventing security measures;
• infringement of copyrights, trademarks, and other third-party rights.

3. Rules for Creators

Publish only materials you have rights to. Every public character must be fictional and of legal age. Do not use photos of real people as characters without explicit consent and without meeting legal requirements. Describe the character honestly and do not use misleading tags.

4. Reporting

Report content violating the rules via the report function on the site or at [email protected]. Provide a link or the name of the material and briefly describe the issue. The operator may limit content visibility while reviewing the report.

5. Responses to Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may remove the material, hide it, restrict account features, suspend the account, or refer the matter to appropriate authorities. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account blocking.

6. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision is incorrect, write to [email protected] and specify the account, material, and reason for the appeal.
